Pet urine

Not only did JP Carpet Cleaning do the most excellent job cleaning my carpet, Peter is the nicest guy. My carpets look as if they were just installed. And when JP Carpet says the carpet will dry quickly he is 100% to his word. I have never ever had my carpets cleaned so well and especially with them drying so quickly. So if anyone needs a good carpet cleaner, this is absolutely the company.

I'm moving in a couple of days and getting carpets cleaned was one of the last things I wanted to deal with since I'm consumed with packing all of my earthly belongings into cardboard boxes (WHY do I have so many vases???), but JP Carpet Cleaning made it completely painless. Peter and Jackie arrived early, did the job quickly and well, and were friendly and courteous. Their prices are quite reasonable, too. I can't ask for much more.

This is a husband/wife team business and what you get is real care/concern. I called when my engineered wood floor was in a terrible state, some product had been used on it by my housekeeper but we didn't know what and the finish was dull and streaky and spotted for the past 6 months as we tried to fix it to no avail. Even Felikian's who sold us the flooring was puzzled and a highly recommended wood flooring expert came to do an in-home consult and didn't know what to do with it, said to clean the floor with vinegar but that did not work at all! Jackie and Peter knew what to do--they said it needed professional buffing, and quoted a square footage price. They found the job very difficult/lengthy ( the residue ruined all their buffing pads, and literally took all day) but they did not charge me extra! The floor looks like new and my relatives visiting were able to enjoy our beautiful floor with no more smears, streaks, or dullness. So I canceled my normal A-1 carpet cleaner appointment for the next day and hired them to do also clean my wall to wall carpeting for a slightly higher price than usual because I so valued their personal care/concern to help a customer and do a great job.

They do such a great job on our carpets and the furniture. The grout in my kitchen looks amazing after the cleaners spend such quality time making it perfect. The employees are so friendly and I always enjoy having them over.

Amazing!!!! I had a huge varnish stain on my carpet from the wood threshold that was meeting up to it. I had tried everything to get it out and many other carpet cleaning services were unsuccessful too. Well, not JP!! They were able to remove 99% of the stain. In addition, to their great cleaning expertise, they run their business with utmost professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Peter and Jackie were professional, thorough, and friendly with excellent prices. My tile is fifteen years old and never been professionally cleaned. When they finished it looked brand new. They also touched up some grout and showed me the best way to wash my windows. I love that they are local also. I will be using them again for my carpets.

Called for carpet cleaning after reading the reviews. They were very polite and courteous on the phone, and made an appointment for the following day. Showed up early (which was great for me), and were even more polite and professional in person. Entire job was done incredibly quickly and they did even more than promised for the price (which was VERY reasonable). I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend..

Yesterday J.P. Carpet cleaned our hallways, main living area, and grout in the kitchen. The carpet now looks like brand new. I am always very pleased with the high level of service this company delivers consistently. I've heard it said, you can't get all three: Good Price, Great Quality and Fast Service - you will always be shorted in one of these areas. Mostly I have found that to be true. My prior carpet cleaning service (I manage a large apartment bldg. in SFV) did a great job at a fair price but could seldom meet MY schedule. Now that I've been using JP (over 2 years now) I always feel like I'm waiting for them to say "no, can't do it", but it hasn't happened yet. IF YOU WANT ALL 3 USE J.P.!!!!! First and foremost, on TIME! After Peter and his wife arrived, they got my heavily solied carpet completely clean and then got my tile floors spotless. If you want reliable, excellent customer service, fast, friendly and professional...you've come to the right place. Peter and Jackie at JP Carpet Cleaning are the best. I called them on a Tuesday, had my floors sanded and refinished Wednesday morning, ready for movers on Thursday. They did excellent work and my landlord even fit the bill b/c she was so happy. This is the place to go if you want your wood floors clean. Didn't use them for carpet, but I'm sure they would do wonders. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends. They are excellent and their pricing is fantastic!

I was about to replace my kitchen floor tile, which was filthy from years of build-up, when I called JP Carpet Cleaning, which I randomly found through Goggle and read some positive reviews. I'm so glad I called them. The results were remarkable. The tile looks brand new. For an additional and reasonable fee they also cleaned the grout on my kitchen counter and redid the caulking around my sink. And the husband-and-wife team were so nice and professional. I will definitely use them again.
