I’ve never had a company care so much about their work the way Peter does. I jokingly say, “I don’t want to mess up Peter’s floors,” because he honestly cares more about my floors than I do.

We had extremely messy wood floors from 200+ person parties, with baked-in gunk that I couldn’t get out. I even bought a low-end professional machine; it helped a little, but not nearly enough.

I hired Peter and his team, and they did everything they said they would, exactly when they said they would, and then went above and beyond.

I was out of town when they first started working and there was a water leak. Peter found it, called a plumber, went to the store for buckets, set up a fan to dry everything, and essentially saved my floors before he even started the job.

The final result is fantastic. I’ve already had several people come over and comment on how good the floors look. I’ve now hired Peter to do tile and grout work as well, and set up a recurring cleaning and maintenance plan to keep everything looking amazing.

Spoke to Peter today with JP Carpet Cleaning to ask about
carpet cleaning for my elderly mother whose dog ruined her

JP cleaned our Kitchen tile floor and countertop grout , backsplash. Regrouted a shower from 1927 by hand, because the tiles were stacked too tightly to use his normal grinding tools. Peter Shams is a true expert! He is passionate and very knowledgeable about tile and grout repair. He is a perfectionist and will work until the job is done right. I had a bad contractor incorrectly install glass tiles in two bathrooms due to using the wrong type of grout. Due to his years of experience, Peter was immediately was able to identify that the cause of the problem was because they used the wrong type of grout that was incompatible with glass tile. In one of the bathrooms he was able to remove the old grout and replace with new while keeping the tile in tact and not damaged. In the other bathroom, it was unsafe and the tiles were falling off. He was skilled at the demolition and gave me a fair price for a complete tile reinstallation. He does the work himself and really cares. It is also a family business and his wife Jackie and two daughters were pleasant to interact with while they helped him to clean tiles in order to get the job done faster. He went above and beyond to help complete the job in a high quality way while saving me money, which he did by personally doing extra work like re-installing a shower door. He even helped to give me advice to file a claim with my old contractor to get some money back. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
