Regardless of the service we’re performing, be it upholstery cleaning or carpet cleaning services, tile and grout cleaning, or even wood floor refinishing, our services all follow one simple process (with slight variations depending on the service).
We always begin with the initial inspection. For tile cleaning, this means evaluated the tile and and grout lines to determine the best treatment for your specific tiles.
Then we apply the pretreatment formula. The best formula to use is determined during the inspection step. When applied, the formula is designed to loosen embedded dirt and stains. This is the secret sauce of our cleaning process.
The next step is purely for tile cleaning (though sometimes our services for carpet cleaning can include it too). We call this step agitation or scrubbing. Here we scrub all of the grout lines and the tiles by hand and by machine.
Finally we perform the steam cleaning. Here we use our truck mounted equipment to tackle your stubborn stains and the toughest grime. Using a self-contained pressure washing unit, we steam the floor and extract all of the cleaning product, tough stains, and dirty water.
There is one more step. It’s the simplest step, but also the most important. Sealing. Sealing the tile will help protect it from future staining. This is especially important for grout lines and natural stone. Ask our team about tile sealing!
