Studio City is where entertainment people live when they want normal neighborhoods instead of just showing off. Good mix of older houses and new stuff, most with decent flooring that costs real money. People here know the difference between good work and BS.
They’ll pay for quality, but they expect you to earn it. Close enough to work in Hollywood but far enough away to have an actual community.
