I’ve never had a company care so much about their work the way Peter does. I jokingly say, “I don’t want to mess up Peter’s floors,” because he honestly cares more about my floors than I do.

We had extremely messy wood floors from 200+ person parties, with baked-in gunk that I couldn’t get out. I even bought a low-end professional machine; it helped a little, but not nearly enough.

I hired Peter and his team, and they did everything they said they would, exactly when they said they would, and then went above and beyond.

I was out of town when they first started working and there was a water leak. Peter found it, called a plumber, went to the store for buckets, set up a fan to dry everything, and essentially saved my floors before he even started the job.

The final result is fantastic. I’ve already had several people come over and comment on how good the floors look. I’ve now hired Peter to do tile and grout work as well, and set up a recurring cleaning and maintenance plan to keep everything looking amazing.

It is so uncommon to find a company that communicates well, does what they say they will do, actually cares about the work, and is a fair price! I highly recommend them (if you couldnt tell, lol).

Jackie and her team were incredible. They were honest and upfront about what they could do for our office patio furniture and were completely transparent about not being able to get the furniture looking brand new. Spoke to Peter today with JP Carpet Cleaning to ask about
carpet cleaning for my elderly mother whose dog ruined her
carpet with urine. He was honest and recommended that if the
urine has soaked through the padding, it would not remove any of the odor. I appreciate his honest opinion and felt I needed to share his heartfelt honesty. This is so very hard to find in this day and time I will definitely be calling him when I need any of his services. Thanks, Peter!!!!

Peter is absolutely wonderful to work with. I have owned my home for 45 years and have dealt with many repairs and workers. Peter completely solved a mold issue in the caulking from a 20 yr.old kitchen window installation. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and had the best bid out of 4.

WOW! Talk about great customer service. These guys were amazing. Professional, kind, personable and great at their job. They came in and made my couch and area carpet basically new again. Such a great experience and amazing prices. Family owned and operated too.

Support small business, and if you need anything cleaned, contact these guys. You will not regret it. I will definitely be using them again. It sounds like I’m being dramatic but I’m so serious, it was a wonderful experience!

Peter / JP Carpet Cleaning & Expert Floor Care were great to work with, start to finish. Reasonable prices & a family business.

JP cleaned our Kitchen tile floor and countertop grout , backsplash. Regrouted a shower from 1927 by hand, because the tiles were stacked too tightly to use his normal grinding tools. The team finished quickly & Peter does much of the work himself, he is very physically strong & knows his stuff in regards to floor, tile, renovation, etc.

Can do jobs big & small, longtime in business, highly reccomend !

Jacqui and her team do a completely marvelous job. They quore a fair price for cleaning Persian carpets and can handle carpets from as small as prayer rugs to huge Turkish area rugs. They are very careful with delicate cotton and wool carpets. Where possible they can do delicate repairs. They pick up and return precisely on time and bring back expertly cleaned rugs with beautiful vibrant colours we have used them several times and have been totally pleased with all aspects of this first class company!! They are very friendly as well!

Peter Shams is a true expert! He is passionate and very knowledgeable about tile and grout repair. He is a perfectionist and will work until the job is done right. I had a bad contractor incorrectly install glass tiles in two bathrooms due to using the wrong type of grout. Due to his years of experience, Peter was immediately was able to identify that the cause of the problem was because they used the wrong type of grout that was incompatible with glass tile. In one of the bathrooms he was able to remove the old grout and replace with new while keeping the tile in tact and not damaged. In the other bathroom, it was unsafe and the tiles were falling off. He was skilled at the demolition and gave me a fair price for a complete tile reinstallation. He does the work himself and really cares. It is also a family business and his wife Jackie and two daughters were pleasant to interact with while they helped him to clean tiles in order to get the job done faster. He went above and beyond to help complete the job in a high quality way while saving me money, which he did by personally doing extra work like re-installing a shower door. He even helped to give me advice to file a claim with my old contractor to get some money back. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I had Peter come to restore some travertine in my bathroom I had inadvertently trashed. He was on time for the appointment (after a text saying he was on his way) and got to work immediately. After about 45 minutes, the tile looked good a new. You can’t tell it was ever damaged. I had gotten quotes from two other tile restoration companies and JP Carpet gave me the best price. Highly recommend JP Carpet Cleaning!
